Petite Sparkle Rays

A flat ribbon-like fiber that has small bits of metallic mixed into it. It works best if it is layed; however, Sparkle Rays has so much body that a laying tool is really not necessary. Although this fiber does tend to fray a little bit, it still proves to be an easy fiber with which to work. The 'petite' in the name indicates that this fiber is more narrow than regular Sparkle Rays and is therefore best used on 18 count canvas. When stitching horizontal or vertical long stitches, I prefer to use the non-petite Sparkle Rays as it provides better coverage.
